Who Is Vince Domrose?

UPDATE 10/25/17: The "Wolf Hunter Solutions" store in Springfield, MO has abruptly closed it's doors, those of us who are still owed money will remain unpaid for the foreseeable future. If anyone has any knowledge of a new operation owned or simply operated by Vince Domrose or Joseph Peters, please email me and I will update this post.

If you are reading this you have either already met, been contacted by, or scammed by Vince Domrose.

Who is Vince Domrose? A man with many stories to tell, all of which are for the sole purpose of separating you or your company from merchandise he wants but does not want to pay for. As of 05/01/17, he is the owner of Praetorian Strategies International also known as Wolf Hunter Solutions, a seemingly successful tactical firearm accessories storefront from the outside, based in Springfield, Missouri, but in reality it is nothing more than a fraud with Vince Domrose as the front man and Joseph Peters (currently using the alias Joe Tindle) running the operation, with no mention of his name on any corporate documents. They operate from a large building that is packed to the brim with inventory they have obtained by defrauding vendors including but not limited to ArmsUnlimited, CamelBak, CMC Triggers, DeSantis Holsters, DTA Distributors, Eberlestock, ETS Elite Tactical Systems, Fortress Tactical, LanTac,  GH Armor, ReFactor Tactical, Revision, Steiner, SureFire and Trijicon; many in excess of $10,000. With merchandise that remains unpaid for being hoarded and vendors owed large sums of money, it is our belief that Wolf Hunter exists for the sole purpose of a bankruptcy scheme. Load up on merchandise, declare bankruptcy, all inventory magically disappears and months later they reopen under a new corporate name with a mountain of inventory that has not been paid for that is pure profit when sold. Leaving vendors unpaid and thinking they extended credit to a poorly ran business, meanwhile the whole time these individuals structured their dealings with zero intentions of paying the vendors. Theft, pure and simple.

How did we come to this conclusion? They have a clear history of this behavior. Under a previous company operated by these two individuals, “Immediate Response Group”, a quick google search turns up countless stories with one common theme, failure to pay for anything they’ve ordered, the operators of that business? Vince Domrose and Joe Peters as the front man, the reason for Peters’ new alias Joe Tindle starts to make sense. No one by this name seems to exist in the region they’re based out of when ran through Nexus or any other law enforcement tool, because it is nothing more than an alias. This is also an important factor in the decision for Vince Domrose to be the frontman of their new venture, a google search of Vince’s name turns up no prior negative business dealings, unlike his partner Joe who’s name has already been exposed online for his shady dealings. A simple google search by a prospective vendor would likely result in no credit being issued.

These two individuals are not to be trusted and any individual or company that is owed money and has been attempting to collect should contact the Polk County Sheriffs office, where Vince Domrose is a sworn deputy, the Springfield Police Department where the business is headquartered, the Missouri Attorney Generals Office where numerous complaints are active, and seek legal council to begin the lengthy collection process accordingly. The “corporate veil” can be pierced in this situation and does not protect individuals who use corporations to misrepresent themselves or for fraudulent behavior. These individuals can be targeted for legal action as individuals when seeking restitution. Theft by deception is a crime in the state of Missouri.

  1. Very interesting “blog” write up, and the top search for Google (you must be high up). Just out of curiosity, are you really Martin Landau using your alias from Ready to Rumble, writing a thought out editorial piece on Vince Domrose before your death two months later? Really strikes home being one of the last things you would ever write.

There appears to be a lot of research into this piece, referencing several company names and business practices. How is one to determine you are not an ex-girlfriend, terminated employee, competitor, or someone who has been served by the Polk County Sheriff’s office? Comes across that you were personally scorned by this individual, do you work for one of the companies mentioned? My line of questioning is merely to gauge the credibility of this piece, and hiding behind the internet using names from a fictional movie about wrestling (which is also fictional) generates a certain level of doubt. Are you a successful business owner? Would you be willing to share that business name, owner names, profile pictures, tax returns and various other financial documents? Would you at least be willing to add me on Facebook? Myspace? Match.com?

Who is Vince Domrose? Well that is simple, he is a short hobbit looking fellow that was born in the Shire but has no direct link to Bilbo Baggins or the mystical ring that was later taken to Mount Doom. As shown in the elegant looking profile picture above, he has red hair and light skin which makes him a ginger. His left testicle hangs slightly lower than his right and he never tucks in his shirt; I mean seriously! How on earth do you trust someone who does not tuck in their shirt!

But fast forward to my indiscriminate point; who is your target audience? Customers of the referenced tactical store (well the new one you say will appear) are going to love this shit cause he sale “magically appearing” inventory at a discounted price while retaining all the profit. Other suppliers, distributors, manufactures? Well hell, the great USA is still in National Debt and other countries conducting business by supplying goods and services… services meaning mail order brides… have you seen some of them… I MEAN WOW… sexy… wait wait wait I got off topic… point is you should edit your piece to identify your secondary audience as I assume your primary is people whom “either already met, been contacted by, or scammed by Vince Domrose.”

I see potential in you. Contact me if you would like a position writing for my magazine, be sure to send a link of this article so I can identify who you are -> unless it really was Martin Landau, in which case RIP, sir.

    1. The point of the article is to prevent this individual from scamming any other vendors in the matter that was described above. It was clearly a truthful and accurate sequence of events because since the article was posted he was successfully sued by multiple companies including DTA Distributors who won an $88,000 judgement against him for unpaid merchandise.

  2. I used to work for these two. Company called Immediate Response Group. It was a private security/private military contractor. They started ripping people off and the smarts ones got out. Makes sense that I'm learning that they haven't changed.
